The MiniMax system was designed to meet the needs of both businesses and accountants. Based on Software as a service (SaaS) cloud computing model, it provides an advanced accounting system. To achieve great user experience and improve productivity, we redesigned the entire web application.
Efficiency is key
To ensure the application’s success, we performed in-depth user research of business users and accountants to understand their needs when invoicing and managing finances. Based on the research, we designed concept wireframes. We used interactive prototypes to test how different functionalities are accessed and used. By optimizing the workflow and system management, we established a fast and efficient user journey and minimized the learning curve for new users. The user experience has notably improved, with easier access to important components and more efficient use of the system. With high-end design, we focused on representing the most relevant functionalities on more than 250 designed screens.
